Usage information — pages and chapters viewed, tokens spent, interactions like tips, ratings, bookmarks, and reactions, used to operate core features like your reading progress and Author dashboards.

Limited payment-related data — VividLore does not process or store your payment card, wallet, or crypto transaction details. Payments are handled entirely by our payment processor, NOWPayments; we only receive a confirmation that a transaction succeeded or failed, along with the token amount involved.

2. How We Use Your Information

• To operate and maintain your account, token balance, and reading history
• To calculate and process Author earnings and payouts
• To respond to support requests
• To maintain platform security and prevent abuse
• To comply with legal and payment-processor obligations

3. Third-Party Service Providers

We rely on a small number of trusted service providers to run VividLore:

• Supabase — database, authentication, and storage
• Vercel — application hosting
• NOWPayments — cryptocurrency payment processing for token purchases and payouts
• Analytics providers — aggregate, privacy-conscious usage analytics to help us understand how the Platform is used

Each provider only receives the information necessary to perform its function and is bound by its own data protection obligations.

4. We Do Not Sell Your Data

VividLore does not sell your personal information to third parties, and does not share it for third-party advertising purposes.

5. Crypto Payment Data

We store and bind the payout wallet address you provide. We keep this address on file and verify it before releasing funds each time you request a payout — this helps protect you against account-takeover attempts in which someone tries to change your payout destination address.

Purchase transaction details are handled by our payment processor, NOWPayments, under its own privacy policy; VividLore receives the confirmation and amount needed to credit tokens or Author earnings.

6. Data Retention & Security

We retain account and usage data for as long as your account is active, or as needed to comply with legal, tax, or accounting obligations. We use industry-standard technical measures to protect data against unauthorized access.

7. Your Rights & Privacy Requests

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information by contacting support@vividlore.ai. We will respond within a reasonable timeframe.
