Animate the scene

Once a static panel is generated, a single tap animates it into a short cinematic clip for 80 tokens. The results play in the Cinematic Lightbox seamlessly. Rendering the scene may take a couple of minutes, so just keep reading — you will be prompted when the clip is ready. You can also find all your custom animations and unlocked scenes in your Library.

Director's Cut scenes

Some stories contain embedded Director's Cut panels — exclusive AI-rendered cinematic moments commissioned by the author. Unlock them inline as you read and watch them in the theater modal.

We Never Touch Your Payment Details

Content Moderation

All AI generation requests are reviewed by an AI safety layer before any compute or tokens are spent. The system is calibrated to be romance-positive while blocking content that depicts minors, real named individuals, or non-consensual scenarios.

Age Verification

Mature and explicit stories require users to complete a one-time age verification step before access is granted. This is enforced at the platform level — no explicit content is served to unverified accounts, regardless of what is requested.

Is VividLore free to use?

Reading the opening chapter of every story is always free. Deeper chapters use a token system — most are free but a small amount of tokens set by the writer may be required to unlock some chapters. New accounts start with a welcome token balance so you can dive straight in.

How do I get tokens?

Purchase token packs with crypto via our secure NOWPayments checkout (visit the Token Store). You can also earn tokens as a writer through reader tips and chapter unlocks.

Are my payment details safe?

VividLore never processes or stores any payment information. All transactions are handled entirely by NOWPayments, a regulated crypto payment processor. We only receive a confirmation that a payment was completed.

What is the difference between Purchased and Earned tokens?

Purchased tokens are bought with USDC/USDT (or any of the >300 cryptocurrencies supported by NOWPayments) and can be spent on unlocks, tips, and AI scene generation. Earned tokens come from reader tips and chapter revenue — these can be requested as a stablecoin payout (e.g., USDC, USDT). For KYC/AML compliance, only Earned Tokens are available for payouts.

How does the "Highlight & Visualize" feature work?

While reading any unlocked chapter, select any passage of text. A floating menu appears — tap "Visualize" to generate a static AI image of that moment for 5 tokens. You can then animate it into a short cinematic clip for 80 tokens. Both open in the Cinematic Lightbox.

What is a Director's Cut scene?

Authors can commission AI-rendered cinematic panels for key moments in their story and embed them inline as exclusive content. Readers unlock these with a small token fee set by the author. Once unlocked, the scene plays in the Cinematic Lightbox.

How are writer payouts calculated?

Writers accumulate Earned tokens from reader tips and chapter unlocks. Payouts can only be requested from the Earned balance (not Purchased tokens). There is a minimum payout of 2,000 tokens ($20 USD). All payouts require identity verification (KYC) for compliance.

When will payouts be available?

Can I read on mobile?

Yes — VividLore is fully responsive. The AI Highlight & Visualize feature is currently desktop-only to ensure the best experience, but all reading, unlocking, and tipping features work on mobile.

How do I become a writer?

Create an account and head to your Writer Studio from the navigation bar. Writers can create unlimited stories, build a Character Bible to guide the AI cinematographer, write chapters, and embed Director's Cut scenes. Writer status is available to all registered users.
