Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of VividLore (the “Platform”), operated by Daily Market Exchange Company Private Limited (“VividLore,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By creating an account or otherwise using the Platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use VividLore.

1. Eligibility — Adults Only

VividLore hosts mature, sexually explicit fiction and AI-generated visual content intended strictly for adults. By using the Platform you confirm that you are at least 18 years old, or the age of legal majority in your jurisdiction if higher. We may ask you to reconfirm this at points where mature content is unlocked. Access by anyone under this age is prohibited and any account found to violate this requirement will be terminated.

2. Your Responsibility to Comply with Local Laws

Laws regarding access to sexually explicit material, cryptocurrency payments, and online content vary by country, state, and region. You are solely responsible for determining whether your use of VividLore is lawful where you live, and for complying with those laws. We may restrict access from certain jurisdictions at our discretion.

3. Platform Content

Stories, chapters, and images on VividLore are created by independent writers (“Authors”), in some cases with the assistance of AI generation tools for illustrative scenes (“Director’s Cut” panels and reader-triggered visualisations). All content is fictional. VividLore does not permit content that depicts minors, real identifiable individuals without consent, or non-consensual acts presented approvingly, and we remove such content when identified.

Authors retain ownership of their original written work, subject to the license they grant VividLore to host, display, and distribute it through the Platform.

4. Tokens, Purchases & Writer Payouts

VividLore uses an internal token system. Tokens are purchased with cryptocurrency through our third-party payment processor and may be spent on chapter unlocks, tips to Authors, and AI scene generation. Token pricing and package sizes are displayed at the time of purchase.

Authors earn a 90% share of tokens spent on their chapter unlocks, tips, and Director’s Cut scene unlocks; VividLore retains the remaining 10%. Earned tokens may be requested for payout as stablecoin (e.g., USDC/USDT), subject to a minimum payout threshold and the identity verification described in Section 5.

5. Identity Verification

To comply with our payment processor’s anti-money-laundering (AML) and know-your-customer (KYC) obligations, and applicable law, we may require additional identity verification before processing a payout or, in some cases, before granting continued access to the Platform — for example if we detect activity that our payment processor or applicable regulation requires us to review. If this applies to your account, we will notify you with instructions.

6. Account Suspension & Content Removal

We reserve the right, at our discretion and without prior notice, to suspend or terminate accounts, remove or restrict access to content, and withhold or reverse pending transactions where we reasonably believe these Terms, our content guidelines, or applicable law have been violated.

7. Disclaimers & Limitation of Liability

The Platform and all content are provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, VividLore and its operator shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Platform, including losses related to token purchases, payouts, or third-party payment processing.

8. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws applicable to Daily Market Exchange Company Private Limited’s place of incorporation. The specific venue and dispute resolution process will be confirmed in a future update to these Terms as the Platform’s operating structure is finalized.

9. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Platform after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. Material changes will be reflected by an updated “Last updated” date above.
